With the credit crunch coming into full swing a lot of luxuries have to go and one of the main ones seems to be gym membership. “So how do we manage to loose weight and keep fit without the use of a gym” I hear you cry, it is simple really, Personal Training. Now before you decide to stop reading because you automatically think that it is too expensive read on. Personal Training is normally charged by the hour, but if you had a group of friends that also want to keep fit then the Personal Trainer could run a class for you i.e Circuit based, Boxercise or even take you all out running if you so desire. Obviously the more friends you have the cheaper it becomes because you can split the cost between you all. So really it could work out cheaper than going to the gym!
